What does membership include?
Every premium pet in the shop, plus 1 free AI custom credit granted on first sign-up (subscription or lifetime). Petpack updates are free for all pets.
Do I get a new AI custom credit on every renewal?
No. The free credit is granted once, when you first sign up. Renewals and re-subscribing after a cancellation do not grant a new one. When you run out, you can buy extra credits on the customize page — credits never expire, so unused ones stay available.
How do I cancel auto-renewal? Does membership end right away?
Cancel auto-renewal anytime from Account → Membership → Manage subscription — no support ticket needed. What you cancel is the next charge, not your current membership: every perk keeps working until the end of the paid period. After that membership simply doesn’t renew and premium pets lock again — installed membership pets can no longer be switched to (the one currently on your desktop keeps working until you switch away from it), and your AI-customized pets lock as well. The built-in pet and free pets are unaffected.
I turned off auto-renewal and want to come back — how do my period and credit work?
Re-subscribing extends from your previous expiry date, so paid days are never wasted (e.g. 3 months left + a yearly plan = 15 months). The free custom credit is not granted again — it remains the one from your first sign-up.
Subscription or lifetime — which should I pick?
Both unlock the same perks (all premium pets + the first-time custom credit). The subscription auto-renews per period and auto-renewal can be cancelled anytime — good for trying it out. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewals ever — good if you know you’ll stick around.
What can I use without a membership?
The built-in pet is completely free and works offline. Free pets in the shop only need a signed-in account. Premium pets require membership, and installed membership pets lock after your membership ends (the one currently active keeps working until you switch away from it). AI customization is members-only too: custom pets work while your membership is active, lock when it ends, and come back when you subscribe again.
Will pet updates cost extra later?
No. Updates to any petpack (new actions, fixes) are free. After a membership ends, installed membership pets lock again (the currently active one keeps working as a grace) — your AI-customized pets included — and you can’t download new versions or the other premium pets until you subscribe again.
What happens to my AI-customized pets if my membership ends?
AI-customized pets are part of the membership: they work while your membership is active. When it ends they lock — the one currently on your desktop keeps working until you switch away from it, and you can’t download or re-install custom pets until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted: re-subscribe and every custom pet (and any unused custom credits) comes back automatically.
